Good To Know.
Where is my tracking number?
Use the shipment number in your shipping email, which is different from your order number. If you cannot find it, check your email folders or contact support with the order reference.
Open shipment trackingCan the gravity bag filter water by itself?
No. It is a storage reservoir. A separate compatible filter and appropriate connectors are required for a treatment setup. A mixed gear set does not establish compatibility.
Compare all three formatsCan I place an order right now?
Your cart saves your selection in this browser. Continue to Shopify checkout to review and submit an order; saving a cart does not reserve inventory or create an order.
Was your purchase through another marketplace?
Use the order, seller messaging and dispute process on the marketplace where you bought the item. This storefront cannot retrieve or change marketplace orders.
